My name is Pär Hamnes and I am a trained nature guide according to national guidelines. For as long as I can remember, I have always loved spending time in forests and fields. That's where I find my peace in everyday life. One of the most enjoyable things I know is when I get to inspire and share knowledge and experiences to make the nature stay as nice an experience as possible for others.
Hiking and birdwatching in Mossaträsk Nature Reserve
Join us on a magical hike through Mossaträsk nature reserve, where you will experience an easily accessible terrain, magical forests and a rich bird life. Together we will explore both the trail and the bird species that thrive here, and maybe we can check off some exciting species on our list.
For the walk you will need:
- Clothing by weather
- Bird book and binoculars
- Pack your own lunch for the day
We will make a stop at Mossaträsk's bird tower, where we light a fire and make coffee. Take the opportunity to enjoy today's lunch over the open fire.

Price: 800 SEK per participant. Minimum 4 participants, maximum 8
Day trip in the streets of Stockholm
Join us on an exciting journey back in time through the streets of Stockholm, where we walk through hilly terrain and get a sense of how the forest carries stories from our heritage, shaped by the forces of the ice age.
For the walk you will need:
- Clothing by weather
- Sturdy shoes or boots, as it is a mixed hike with some steep climbs
- Pack your own lunch for the day
The destination is well worth the effort - up at the rim of the crater, where you can see how the Ice Age has shaped the landscape. Feel free to bring your own lunch and/or coffee, and enjoy cooking over an open fire. We also make coffee together over the fire.

Bushcraft - Day Trip Basic
Join us for an educational day trip in the ancient forest, where you will learn basic bushcraft techniques. Together we'll create a camp using nature's own resources, and you'll learn how to build a fire safely and handle a knife and axe. We will also go through the rules of allemansrätten.
For this tour you will need:
- Clothing by weather
- Water-resistant shoes or boots
- Pack your own lunch for the day
No prior knowledge is required - this is a perfect activity for those who want to learn more about bushcraft and how to stay safe in nature. Bring a delicious lunch that you have the opportunity to cook over the open fire. We also make coffee together over it.
